Freshman Seminar is a required year long course for all incoming freshman. The primary goal of the course is to assist students in the transition from middle school to high school and to help alll students understand the rigors of our Mainland education.

The course curriculum covers time management, study skills, decision making and character development.

To accomplish success during this course, students will incorporate technology with their daily lessons and use various online resources along with the use of the Mainland library.

Any pertinent class notes are listed along with worksheets to aid in student success.
